Fly to Pokhara
Scenic flight and lakeside afternoon.
Fly to Jomsom, Trek to Kagbeni
Mountain flight to Jomsom, then trek the Kali Gandaki to the gateway village of Kagbeni.
Kagbeni to Chele
Enter the restricted Upper Mustang area through dramatic canyons.
Chele to Syangboche
Cross the Lo La pass with views of Nilgiri and Annapurna.
Syangboche to Ghami
Descend into the Ghami valley past ancient cave dwellings.
Ghami to Charang
Cross the Nyi La pass and enter the Lo Manthang valley.
Charang to Lo Manthang
Arrive at the fabled walled city of Lo Manthang.
Explore Lo Manthang
Full day in the city — the King's palace, monasteries, and the surrounding chortens.
Lo Manthang to Ghami
Return trek with photography at the dramatic viewpoints.
Ghami to Jomsom
Final trekking day back down the Kali Gandaki.
Fly to Pokhara
Scenic flight over the Annapurnas. Afternoon at leisure.
